All transactions must use the name and account registered in the same member's name. wira44 reserves the right to hold or cancel withdrawals that do not meet this requirement until the identity verification process is completed. Any fraudulent activity or attempted money laundering will be reported to the relevant authorities.

All bonuses and promotions offered by wira44 are subject to wagering requirements and specific rules. The following general guidelines apply:

• The wira44 welcome bonus gives 150% of the first deposit amount up to a maximum of RM1,500.
• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times the bonus value received before winnings from that bonus may be withdrawn.
• Calculation example: Member deposits RM100 → receives bonus RM150 → total balance RM250 → wagering requirement RM150 × 20 = RM3,000 must be met before withdrawal is permitted.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted directly into cash.

• Abuse of the bonus system, including opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, will result in cancellation of all bonuses and suspension of the account.

wira44 offers a VIP member programme with four tiers that provide weekly cashback benefits to active members:

• Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback on net wagering amount.
• Silver — up to 0.6% weekly cashback, available to more active members.
• Gold — up to 0.9% weekly cashback for highly dedicated members.
• Platinum — up to 1.2% weekly cashback, the highest tier in the wira44 VIP programme.

VIP tier progression depends on a member's wagering activity over time. wira44 reserves the right to review or update the VIP tier advancement criteria. Cashback is credited directly into the member's account according to the schedule set by wira44 management.

wira44 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable grounds to believe that the member has:

• Provided false or misleading information during registration or the identity verification process.
• Engaged in fraud, collusion or any action that compromises the integrity of the games.
• Used third-party software, automated bots or other unauthorised methods to gain an advantage in games.
• Registered multiple accounts for themselves or for other parties.
• Been involved in activities that violate applicable laws or wira44 policies.

In cases of account closure due to fraud, wira44 reserves the right to block the withdrawal of all funds in the relevant account while an investigation is ongoing. If the investigation confirms fraud, wira44 reserves the right to forfeit all such funds without compensation.

Members who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting the wira44 customer support team. Account closure requests will be processed once all pending transactions have been settled.
